Typical behavioral interview with the hiring manager. Nothing out of the ordinary. Describes role/team and then wanted me to describe my experience and what I'm looking for in next role. Interview ended with several behavioral questions. Continued to follow up with recruiter for almost 4 months with the response of 'we need to keep position open for at least 90 days to make sure that internal candidates have adequate time to apply and interview'. After almost 4 months, I received the typical 'ding' email after 4-5 separate communications with HR telling me to be patient and let the process play out. Totally unacceptable and I would never recommend to apply for a role within M&T bank's finance group!
