First had a 45 minute on campus interview with a VP from HR. I honestly didn't think the interview went very well. All fit questions. Asked me about why banking, why M&T and most importantly, why Buffalo? I was invited for a second round of interviews in Buffalo. I interviewed with 10 different VPs, 30 minutes each. It was nice to see the offices and everyone was very nice and welcoming. Again, all fit questions. I was exhausted at the end of the day.
