I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at M&T Bank (Buffalo, NY) in Mar 2015
Interview
The first round interview was an on campus interview with an alumni from my school. It was strictly behavioral. I was invited back for a super day consisting of 2 interviews with managers (Model Risk Management Department) and 1 interview with Human Resources. These interviews were also completely behavioral, and overall a very pleasant experience. A lot of the interviews focused on why you want to spend the summer in Buffalo.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at M&T Bank (New York, NY) in Feb 2014
Interview
Applied through campus by resume drop, and then received an interview the following week. Very simple interview, just behavioral questions and very few technical questions. My interviewer said part of her role was to figure out where I would fit in with the company, so she mainly wanted to see how I could contribute to the organization. Very friendly and casual, and over Skype because I was studying abroad at the time.

Interview
Through Campus recruiting program. I submitted my resume through my school, and was eventually notified that I had received a first round interview. I arrived at my school's career center, and waited a little bit and was eventually was called. My interview lasted about 30 minutes, no technicals, just going over the resume. Nothing spectacularly exciting, very average.
