They came to my campus and hosted an information session with general company information and more specific information regarding the MDP program. The next day there were half hour interviews that basically went over the resume and asked which roles candidates were most interested in. This was the first round of interviews and it wasn't very difficult. The next round will be at their home office with members of the team the candidate is applying for.

What is a recent news story that interested you and why?
Screening with an interviewer, then two interviews with separate departments. Screening interview was smooth and recruiter was very friendly. Interviewers from the next round didn't provide that much information about the actual roles and didn't seem that excited about their jobs.
Had a great interview process! Was able to interview with three different departments and see where I fit best. They also had me do informal conversations with current MDPs. It was very low pressure yet valuable experience.
