After many attempts through recruiters, direct application via workday, other hiring agencies and job boards, I managed to receive an interview via a networking connection who worked there. They facilitated a pipeline for me to follow which led to a direct offer.

They spent the majority of the time focusing on culture fit. The key question in my mind was "Do you understand what Risk is?", which was very layered and obtuse. But being able to have a conversation, communicating that not all the answers are there was a good start.
their questions and attitude completely different towards bright women who want to lead in tech. no wonder they dont have even any female reoresentation in the interview panels either. pathetic.
