I applied online. A few days later, I received a call from HR in Albany, NY to schedule a phone interview. I passed the phone interview and scheduled a one-on-one with the branch sales manager. I interviewed a week or so later with the branch sales manager. The interview was fairly laid back as we had similar backgrounds. He advised that he was going to recommend the next step which was to interview with the regional sales manager. I received an e-mail a week or so later that advised that another candidate was hired. I was impressed with the professionalism of the organization and disappointed that I was not able to interview with the regional manager.
