I had an unexpected prescreening phone interview for a half hour where I was asked about my summer internships and some of the projects I worked on in the past.
The in person interview consisted of 6 half hour rounds with various team leaders. I was asked behavioral questions, questions about my past internship experience and some technical questions regarding the New York real estate market and the real estate lending process.

The interview process was very good. It was straightforward and questions were not put of the ordinary. Expect two or three interviews but this may vary. Everyone was very nice and welcoming.
