M&T Bank interview questions

Interviewed through a campus career center. The questions were pretty straight forward and are just trying to get a feel for what type of person you are. The first round was only behavioral and they fly people out to Buffalo if you get past that stage. Overall the experience was a good one.

The telephone interview was easy and the woman I spoke with was very nice. The in person interview was unprofessional. The man who interviewed me had no questions prepared and asked me basic questions about my experience with computers and my training style. It seemed as though they already had someone chosen for the role and interviewed me as a formality.
