Very easy process, if you are somewhat competent and hold a conversation you will get the job. They advertise that the pay is higher than it is. Advertised at 30k, offered 10.hr plus commission. Non negotiable about pay.

It was a phone interview, mainly just asking about computer requirements and availability, as well as customer service based interview questions. And if all that goes well, they they would proceed.
After completing assessment, they never reply back. Sent so many emails to the HRs and even tried to call the recruitment team multiple times, but they never answered. They never let you know if you are hired or not. Worst experience ever.
