Three rounds of interviews. Final interview was a panel interview on site. Everyone was pleasant to talk to. Big focus on making sure the role was well communicated and the right fit for me. Some moderately difficult technical design questions. Overall a very good experience.

Interview
Initial Phone Screen, 2nd phone discussion with senior employee, 3rd round in person with CEO and several leads including a functional expert to determine experience and skillset as well as compatibility. First 2 rounds were quite interesting conversations about what MORSE does and the areas in which I would be involved. The third round was more critical as it seemed the job requirement was changing or the CEO had a different opinion on the experience needed for the role than the earlier discussions. They want "inventors" that they can redirect into leaders for other inventors. Typical small company challenge(s) of vision alignment with founder determines opportunity for the right candidate.
