I completed two interviews with HR and the hiring manager. The conversation with HR was straightforward, but the interview with the hiring manager felt unusual. The focus was almost entirely on my current employer’s processes and volume rather than my own skills or experience. When I asked about the role’s goals, both short- and long-term, the hiring manager seemed unprepared to answer. No follow-up communication was provided after the interviews. Overall, the process came across as disorganized and unprofessional.
