You meet with HR and they ask a ton of questions mainly about customer service. If they like you, you then will come in for a spend a day. Which is one day 8hours you come in and preform the job function a manager most of the time will watch you for about a hour and then leave. And once the spend a day is almost over they watch you for a hour and see how well you did. How many errors you made, how many lines you picked, how fast you pick etc. you get paid 60$ for the spend a day. After that if you did good they background check and drug test.

They ask very simple questions, its a two day process. The interview and the spend a day performance interview. Its very easy just verify the label and pick the right amount for the customer. After that they would determine if you can get the position or not. Also even if your job is not selecting you are going to get trained in that position for when the picking department needs assistance.
