Pésimo seguimiento por parte de recursos humanos.
La primera entrevsita fue presencial, normal, puntual y en un buen espacio, los supervisores hicieron su trabajo, preguntas, hicieron algunos chistes de repente fuera de lugar.
Después me escribieron desde RH para la segunda entrevista y me cancelaron 30 minutos antes de que diera a lugar a través de una imagen por correo.
Very easy going process. It was a refreshing interview process where it was more of a transparent conversation versus the traditional 'by the book' 'tell me a time when' type questions. Also they consider you for other opportunities within the organization versus just closing the door and providing zero feedback to candidates.
