Interview
Efficient and respectful of time. 3 stages including a final round panel interview across 3 parts of the company. Took a couple of weeks in total. Interviewers were prepared and asked pertinent questions.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MSC Industrial Direct
Interview
Standard interview process, but it seems that there are unfair biases being practiced within the company. I interviewed for a role and was ultimately passed on. I was told that I was liked throughout the process and to wait for other marketing openings, they would keep my resume on file. Okay, great. Another opportunity comes up, this time with an outside recruitment agency. Submit - feedback same day that as a candidate I'm "too creative" for the job and that they would pass without any further action. What does that even mean???? Suspicious practices - I know to avoid this employer now.

A call with a recruiter, then a marketing consultant, then two interviews with marketing leadership. They kept moving me along the process but ultimately told me I didn't show enough interest.
