Initial contact was a 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter. I was told that her notes would be passed to the hiring manager for his review. I had the option to select my interview time in the email, which was very convenient.

If you pass their initial phone screening you’ll be invited for a second in-person interview. The people are lovely and the office itself is beautiful. Fair warning - it was the longest interview I’ve ever had in my life. 2/3 hours, multiple people.
