I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Macquarie Group in Dec 2016
Interview
The first stage was Psychometric test + Reasoning ability test. Then one Technical round. Then one manager round. My reasoning capability is good, so the only concern was the psychometric test. Questions asked were "Would you prefer sitting late and completing your task, or working hard so that you could leave early?". Not one, but 20% of the questions were based on your preference to the amount of time you spent on your seat. Some other questions were, do you think you are a good team lead? I mean I have just 4 years of experience. So I answered can't say. And I got a big zeeerroooo for being honest and they failed me. So basically you need to lie to pass the test, basically you need to tell them that you are a GOD who is applying for this company. This is not a psychometric test, it's a donkey test. They just want "Yes boss" people. And have heard that you work there as a well paid labourer. Not worth it for a place where you will be spending half your life.
