Interview
I was fast-tracked from a networking event directly to the firm’s assessment centre, also known as the Super Day. The process involved four interviewers in total — one focused on technical questions assessing my analytical and financial skills, while the remaining interviews explored behavioural competencies, teamwork, and situational judgement. This structure provided a comprehensive evaluation of both my technical ability and interpersonal strengths.
