The people in the interview were lovely throughout, and they came across as caring employers and a good set to work with. However, at the director level, the kind of psychometric assessment they do for grads felt like a bit of mental gymnastics. But maybe they've a perfectly valid reason to do this. Only thing I wish they had done is started with the psychometric if that was the deal breaker.
