First I gave a psychometric assessment, then I gave an interview, which went well, but they didn't select me as the role does not align with mine, so they kept me in backup, and later they called me for another interview.

Interview
It was okay not very difficult
Focus was on technical questions of accountancy rather than overall personality of a person. If you manage to give all the correct answers to their technical questions then you are a part of it. Behavioral based questions does not overpower your technical knowledge on accountancy.
