Interview
The interview took ages, like 2 months, and it was unexpected. Total 6 rounds of interviews, and after the final round, the hr just ghosted you tho they said they'd provide updates soon. After all the hard work, communication, preparation and making it to the final round, you thought you at least deserved some feedback, but they just ignored you. Very disrespectful.
I had a really nice interview with them, they asked about my experience and told me about their requirements and a team, but after that I never heard back. It’s strange how sometimes a great conversation can simply end in silence.
