Interview
The first step was a phone interview. Be ready because they will call you the same time they will email you so always be ready. After passing the phone interview, they will procede with an interview with a hiring manager. If sucessful, you will take a psychometric exam. The exam is difficult but you have 4 hours to complete it. The interview was nerve racking and the interviewer asks a lot on organizations in university.
I first had a screening with HR. Next came the hiring manager. Next rounds were with others on team and then final rounds with the head of group. There was also a Psychometric Assessment. All in all took over two months and scheduling was difficult as there are lots of stakeholders in Sydney.
