Interview
First was a short phone interview about assessing risk of business. Next came online assessment at their centre. It consisted of numerical, verbal and situ. Next two round interviews. First was technical and second was competency. Technical had questions about energy market and standard puzzles.

2 interviews back to back. one was technical one was behavorial. Overall was 1.30 hours
The process sounds scary but the people were very nice. Especially HR makes you feel welcome all the time. They also give feedback after your interviews, (I rarely see companies do), which is very helpful to reflect on for your next job interviews.

Online application firstly, very simple. Noticed about phone interview just two days after submitting my application. Phone interview is 30 min and competency based. Followed by one technical question and one brain teaser question
