Interview
Submitted CV and cover letter. Was followed up with a phone call, and then went to an assessment day at the London office. The phone interview was very very casual, and I heard back soon after. The assessment day, however, was very challenging. I was asked a lot of technical questions, and had three separate interviews. The staff were all very lovely but I was not prepared for the challenge.

Interview
The phone interview lasted all of about 10 minutes, asking very basic questions (which they already knew from the application) asking why Macquarie, relevant experience, what you like to do outside of work etc.
One interviewer was rude and condescending, claiming that I copied my answers online. i guess it is considered a compliment but i was just shocked at how this interviewer was unable to accept my answer
Was also told it was a graduate program but turns out the program means having to be an intern and then a trainee
The video interview is quite simple and direct. There are four questions in total: tell us about yourself, why choose Macquarie graduate program, a behaviour question, and a technical related question.
