Interview
This whole process took 1 month to get an answer.
1. I applied online and they got back to me within a couple of hours.
2. Next step was a video interview where they asked multiple questions, some were behavioral.
3. After the video interview, they sent an invitation to go to their assessment centre. Where I did 4 types of test: Numerical, Verbal Reasoning, Logical and Sales Personality. (The first 3 can be practiced if you can find it online.)
4. After that I had a face to face interview with two team leaders then a role-playing scenario, where you talk on the phone with a customer.
5. Depending how you went, they may ask you to come to do a second interview to ask more questions or just get an offer without doing a second interview.
Started with a scheduled phone screening, which was very casual, then followed up with a scheduled in-person interview at the office, was asked basic questions, then followed with behavioural, and interviewed with the 2 managers from different teams.
