It went quicker than I expected. I had an HR interview over the phone, and a group interview at the office.
Very interesting people to interview with. I was interviewed by the two analysts of the group. I got the offer after two weeks.
Not the most pleasant interview experience. Macquarie Asset Management should consider implementing stricter protocols to ensure that the interviewee’s profile is kept confidential among the interviewing panel. Protecting candidate privacy is not only respectful but also essential to maintaining the integrity of the recruitment process.
