I applied online. I interviewed at Macquarie Group (London, England)
Interview
A psychometric test, followed by a recorded video interview, then an assessment centre. The assessment centre consisted of 4 2-on-1 interviews: design exercise, brain teasers, programming, and competency questions. It ended with a shorter round of the psychometric test to check if your scores tallied with the first test.
The interviewers were friendly and would help if you get stuck. It was quite tiring but overall a positive experience.

I had a very positive experience interviewing with Macquarie Group. I was ultimately offered a role but turned it down for a better paying position. The working culture seems very balanced and supportive.
I interviewed at Macquarie Group (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
1 round of behavioral+technical. No leetcode, but CS concepts and language specific questions. Behavioral (strengths, weaknesses etc.) and resume questions (past work experience and projects). Overall enjoyed the conversation and the experience!
A few questionaires and tasks, then a phone screening. I did not make it past the phone screening as I did not meet their requirements. The rocess was fairly fast though.
