Interview
First I submitted my resume and did some IQ test type thing online, then did a phone interview with HR where they ask generic HR things. Then I got invited for an interview in the office where I interviewed with two sets of people (two different teams), then I got invited in a few days later to do the same thing with more senior people. A few days after that I got a call from one of the teams giving me an offer.

If I have an infinite chessboard with 2cm x 2cm squares and randomly toss a coin with diameter 1cm onto the board, what is the probability that the coin lands exactly on the square?

Interview
Took around 3 weeks. Very thorough with resume. Provided detailed feedback which was super helpful. Recruiters are very nice. Got referred across divisions. Great culture for someone who wants to get into banking. The interviews are generally really relaxed, case study questions are basically brain teasers in my case.

I went to the Macquarie group to have the online test, the result was given fast, so it's the telephone interview afterwards, she asked many questions about risk and why applied for this sector
