Interview
You begin by submitting a resume. You then get a phone interview, wherein basic information will be gathered from you, as well as basic language proficiency assessment. If you pass, you will be invited to another interview by an HR representative. There, your skills will be assessed and if you pass, you get the position
The interview process was online. There were two panel style interviews. Knowing Java is a plus. You will be asked behavioral and technical questions. In the last interview they will do some brain teasers.
Started with online assessments that tested numerical and qualitative skills. Then a phone screen with some behavioural-based questions. Finally in person interviews which were 30-45 minutes and tested a blend of behavioural and technical questions.
