Smooth interview process: 30 minute first round with juniors, online assessment, 2 30 minute interviews with VP/MDs in superday. All interviews are 2 on 1. Received offer call the same evening.

Interview
The first step in the process is the online Assesment then invites for 1st round interviews are sent which typiclaly have 2 interviewers from different teams. I didn't get past the first round so can't speak 100% about the process after 1st round.
Interview questions consisted primarily of technical with few behaviorals. Although the behavioral questions are highly important for landing the offer. I would suggest studying IB Vine and researching the company to structure your behavioral answers
