Terrible! The interview process continued for over six months and required me to continually chase up an in responsive HR. When they finally responded, I’d receive the obligatory sorry it has taken so long to get back to you and the whole process would start again. I’ve got no issues missing out on a role, that happens to everyone. This long drawn out unresponsive process by Macquarie HR is unprofessional and disrespectful. Just let candidates know they are unsuccessful. There is no upside to anyone for it to be strung out indefinitely.
