Interview
The interview was with HR and then managers. First round was just understanding of you and working experience. What do you know about this job and what do you think about MQ group.
Then is the assessment test, it was bit hard but with practice, it is not that bad.
Finally meeting with managers, they are pretty nice and keen to introduce about the job and understand of you. Even with career progression suggestions.
Overall was pretty good.
Completed 3 rounds overall including screening call. Interviews were long with an indept focus on the technical aspects of the position. Were also asked lots od behavioral questions and the general ones like why Macquarie, why this position etc.

A lot of hard work and data entry, Ask a lot of technical questions and not much personality questions. Interview with different team members during the process. Hour and 45 minute interview.

Flown to New York - 2 different interviews and a networking event. The networking event came first and was an opportunity to meet various people in different parts of the business. The next day there were two interviews, each with 2 people. One was more behavioral, the other was how you think and asked some brain teaser questions (e.g. how many ping pong balls in a plane)
