The interview was casual and relaxed. It went on for about 30 minutes or so. I was asked usual question such as programming tools etc. My interview started a bit late due to an scheduling issue on their end.

It was a long and quite a slow process which took over a month. There were also a few psychological tests which took approx 3 hours to complete in total.

Had a video interview with the would-be hiring manager (I think). No real connection, probably wasn’t deemed the right fit for the role. Pretty clear they weren’t going to go any further and this was confirmed by the headhunter after.
