The interview process were suppose to have 3 round according to there website provided by the recruitment team in an email. As my application went as an referral. Recruiter never called to explained the job description and the role requirement. I only directly received time slot to select the 1st interview time which was with the hiring manager and 2nd round was psychometric assessment which too was cleared. 3rd round was mentioned in an email to be technical interview and the recruiter called me 15 min before the interview to inform it will be a coding test with no further details. 3rd round one of the interviewer from Hongkong was rude and intimidating as he was giving feisty expressions. As my application was referral ,so the recruiter was not much interest as he was not going to get any benefit from this or perks from my application. With no help from the company recruiter, the experience was ruined.
