The interview was a difficult and long process, involving interviewing at four different times with divisional and executive directors. After the interview process I was required to take an IQ and personality test with the results held by HR.
Recruiter reached out via email, two zoom interviews and assessment before offer. Interviewers were very professional and friendly and really took the time to understand my background and expertise. I liked the process overal
Very extensive, including psychometric evaluations that are very important to your candidacy. Expect many interviews to span over a significant time period. Purposeful in evaluation. Good to know an internal reference for candidacy and such.
Interview process varies from role to role with multiple stages that are not defined at the start. So, the whole process takes months before the decision is made. no updates or clarity provided by HR throughout.
