I am a CA and was shortlisted by Macquarie for the interview. My friend referred me for the job and it was my first job after qualifying CA. I was called for the face-to-face interview at Building 9B in Gurugram. The HR sends a psychometric test link and you need to pass it. It is not easy so you can sit with a friend who is good with logical reasoning/verbal ability. Mostly, VPs take the interview. Be very thorough with whatever you have written in CV and know everything about Macquarie. Macquarie has a very complex structure - read their Annual Report for 2 days before interview. 2 VPs sit during the interview. I was communicated that I have been selected the same day in the evening. No further rounds.

Interview
A Very technical interview testing in-depth knowledge based on my resume. Started off simple then got a bit difficult. Psychometric test was very challenging too. Overall experience was good. Pretty good interviewers.
The process was as follows
1. Interview - with main point of contacts for the role
2. Psychometric test
3. Final interview for 45 minutes and an excel test for an hr
Many rounds including HR, online tests and line manager interviews.
Towards the final stage you will get the opportunity to meet with ones on much more senior level and a good learning process.
