I was contacted by 3 different recruiters for this position. I had and initial phone call with a Macquarie recruitment member and then a phone interview with one of the hiring managers. Throughout the interview process, I got the feeling that I was exactly what they were looking for, completely based on their responses to my questions and overall tone of voice and language. However, I never heard from them after I took their assessment - even though I was told by the recruiter that I had passed.
