Extremely poor, went through two rounds and then the interview was changed less then 24 hours before into a completely different role. When I asked for clarification they replied 1 hour before the interview and told me I had stated I would be interested in this role - which I hadn’t, and I explained the role they had suggested was completely out of my scope and experience, they then cancelled the interview 30 minutes before via email.

This position was a new one at their NYC office as they never hired a marketing intern before. It was a phone interview with their HR manager and later on I was called for another phone interview. I was told that if I get through the second phone interview, I will be invited to have a meeting with their head of the division with whom the intern was supposed to work. After the first phone interview, I was sent a link for an online psychometric assessment test which was quite long and tiring.
