I got a call from recruiter the next day after I applied. She helped me fix an interview in the next week. Upto the first round , it was very quick. There was a personal interview round with Associate director and senior manager for around 1 hour. It was good. Questions asked were a mixed of behaviourial and technical questions. After the first round, they took 2 weeks to reply with rejection email.
