I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Macquarie Group (Hong Kong) in Nov 2015
Interview
Summer Analyst - Macquarie Capital - Real Estate - Hong Kong
It was held on campus (one of top 3 in HK), 30 minutes per session and the interviewer is an associate from the particular team. It seemed that 10+ candidates were interviewed for this opportunity at my school.
There were no online tests before getting internship, I only finished the online application less than 2 weeks before I was arranged an interview.
I was not well prepared as it was the first interview I got after I started looking for internship.
