How will you develop the strategy for the private market?
Many hurdles to jump through. The first was a screening telephone interview with a member from recruitment team, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager and another manager, then a psychometric test, then a second interview with the hiring manager again where I had to conduct a case interview/exercise.
