Applied on their website and was invited for an initial competency phone interview after a few weeks. The interview slots available were very limited and spanned two days, making me have to cancel plans to make myself available. I waited for a phone call for the whole duration of the interview, chased the recruiter and offered plenty of alternative interview times, only to be ignored. Very ironic for their HR to be doing competency interviews when they don't even follow their own company values.
