What do you know about our team?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Macquarie Group (Philadelphia, PA) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process was three interview rounds. Tough questions that have you thinking on your feet. Everyone was really nice just come prepared. HR does all negations of salary and benefits at the end of all the rounds.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Macquarie Group (London, England) in May 2021
Interview
Very process focused, including assessment center, various rounds of interviews, team vote. The assessment center involves psychometric testing, which is easy if you prepared properly. Myself, I spend a couple of hours studying with a book and the website itself (which lend itself to it) and apparently came out "top candidate" for that test. Unfortunately, it did not guarantee the job, since some of my interviewers vetoed the change of roles.
