I went through a series of steps in the hiring process, including initial interviews, an assessment, and an interview with two manager/employees from Sydney. Overall, the process was well-structured and good until the last interview, where I encountered unprofessional and discouraging behavior. It became clear during the interview that the manager felt I was no longer being considered, and she even mentioned they had already onboarded others. While it’s understandable that not every applicant will be selected, it’s essential to treat all candidates with respect and professionalism.
