Strange. Hiring manager was interested in an application however it seems HR had rejected it from the outset but for some reasons, kept it « under review ». Perhaps there is a policy not to reject DEI candidates from the outset even though Macquarie is not interested, just for stats? Would recommend to select « prefer not to answer » to DEI questions
