Me candidate à vaga no LinkedIn e depois de meses me chamaram para uma entrevista com o RH, que foi bem tranquila apenas perguntas básicas. A entrevista com os gerentes do escritório do Texas também foi boa, mas quando perguntei quando o candidato selecionado começaria, eles responderam: "Ainda não temos uma data, assim que encontrarmos alguém, vamos contratá-lo e ele começará, com ar de deboche." Fez todo o sentido porque a vaga estava aberta no LinkedIn há mais de 6 meses, e a empresa publica novamente a vaga toda semana. Em outras palavras, eles não estão interessados em contratar ninguém, estão apenas desperdiçando o tempo das pessoas procurando empregos. Achei muito desrespeitoso com os candidatos a emprego.

Interview
1st stage HR phone call who were really strong at communicating throughout the whole interview process.
Followed by video interview with two members of the team. The more junior member was visibly distracted and working at the same time as the interview was ongoing.

Interview
Process: Psychometric test (logical, verbal, numerical, and personality test), 1 interview with a manager, and a final interview with a senior manager and director. The psychometric test was personally the hardest. The interviews on the other hand were pleasant, as they were very conversational. Just be ready to answer why you fit into the role.
