It was a panel interview, consisting of three rounds and a psychometric exam before the final round. Everything was repetitive and behavioral. The team was overall communicative about the next steps, but I would budget some time for studying and completing the assessment.

Two and a half round interviews. First was with the hiring manager and someone from another department. They asked basic behavioral questions (e.g. tell me about a time you handled x, do you prefer to work independently/in a team) not many technical. I was honestly surprised I advanced to the next round given the light questions. I took the pre assessment, 2 hours long. Didn’t prepare at all and I’m sure I didn’t do great, but I advanced to interview with the dept. heads. They were super easy going, not testing my intellect at all and I enjoyed the chat. I honestly just used the interviews as an opportunity to get to know the business and employees, so I asked a lot of questions out of genuine curiosity. A third quick phone call with the hiring manager, asked me a few more basic behavioral questions. Didn’t hear anything for a month. HR called me eventually offering me the job, I’m assuming I was their second choice.
