Mandatory psychometric testing for all levels to test aptitude. Standard questions for audit role especially on how to deal with difficult stakeholders who don't accept the finding being raised etc.

The initial experience was good, they were professional in their dealings and response time was quick. The interview started with a phone call from the recruiting representative, then a zoom interview with the direct supervisor, followed by the psychometric test. This was meant to be followed by the final set of interviews but they ghosted me after the psychometric test. I reached out to a couple of people I had been talking to and only got a response from them about 3 weeks after, stating they are moving forward with other applicants with more business aligned audit experience.
