First interview with two members of staff, including Manager very friendly but asked all the pertinent questions relating to the job and the first question was "what do you know about the Company" I was lucky to get a second interview, first was approx 3 hours of tests. not nice at all but make sure you do your research! I then had an interview with the senior manager, nice and friendly and again, asked relevant questions to the position I did not get the position but the main problem for me was the lack of feedback, there was none at all , which the agency found frustrating and I found it extremely rude, considering the processes I had to complete
