What a terrible experience is the process of Macquaire. I never saw during my professional career a HR department so disrespectful as the Macquaire's HR. The person responsible for my interview at the beginning was very nice, however after this such "professional" never send me a status of process and never reply the two e-mails that I sent just to confirm if the process was still on going. Don't provide an answer to a candidate is rude an totally disrespectful. I truly believe that the HR must train its employees in order for them develop a more decent, empathetic and respect behavior.
