Macquarie Group FP&A Manager interview questions

It was my first time applying at Macquarie. The process was disorganised and felt rushed in terms of scheduling. Different recruiters and HR coordinators managed the process. The website provides detailed structure of interview process, this is consistent. I completed all rounds having been through 1) TA phone screen, 2) interview with panel of hiring manager and team colleague, 3) psychometric assessment, 4) final round, panel interview with team leader and business partner. However, having reached the final round and subsequently followed up twice with the recruiter, there was no acknowledgment or updates. The recruiters went silent and did a 360, ghosting the candidate. This is highly disappointing and frustrating, given the firms reputation. This changed my view of the company and raises questions about the company culture. As a candidate, I feel disrespected and not acknowledged for efforts to complete the hiring process.
